  2. I am come from the insititute of physical education in Gannan Normal University in Ganzhou Jiangxi. It’s tens years of working in Weightlifting and Studying of strength training as a Weightlifting player, but ,I have taken in vibration strength training from 2002 in the insititute of physical education Shanghai. At that time, my experimenters were Weightlifting athletes in the insititute of physical education Shanghai, now my country’s team, most Weightlifting althers have been put in also, for example, Qiu Hongmei, Liu Chunhong, Xiongli ect.

  4. the purpose of study At present of the information age, the knowledge skill is accumulated and accelerated, the idea is upgraded and accelerated, in a lot of field presents practice to lead the theory, that is the phenomenon of the theory lags behind practice, particularly in China's sports training circle. one and another vivid cases behind every gold medal which agglutinate the practice and exceptional intelligence of each event’ coach and athlete etc. for a long time, contain the embryonic form of the special training theory and the individualized innovative practice of train.

Vibration is in practice of exploring in the whole world sports strength train trade, but it is full of vitality according to analyzing the athlete's case of strength training of vibration that I participate in, I could tell everybody about the phenomenon of organism strength changes in vibration strength trains through vivid cases, this case of bearing vibration strength and training only carry on the research, comment according to the relevant expert carry on mechanism's research at present this is offered and raced to train practically.
