Rhodes Scholarships, the oldest international fellowship program, ordinarily provide for two years of post-baccalaureate study toward a degree at the University of Oxford, in nearly any field.
To be eligible for a Rhodes Scholarship, an individual must:

The average GPA of finalists in recent years has been above 3.8.
University endorsement is required to compete for the Rhodes Scholarships in the U.S. and Canada.
Candidates should complete an advising questionnaire (from college.columbia.edu/students/felowships/catalog/rhodes-scholarships)by August 18, 2014.
Early submission of the questionnaire allows more time for advising.
Endorsement applications are due on August 25, 2014.
In the U.S.:
Application includes a photograph. Finalists may be asked for
a copy of their birth certificate.
