Interpreting Images: Emotional Responses and Themes of the Day

This analysis delves into 39 distinct images grouped into 3 clusters, highlighting symbols like soccer players and a man aiming a gun. The study further explores the emotional impact of the images, categorizing them into positive, neutral, and negative responses. The research suggests a need for clarity in associating certain images with the negative category. Clustering words reveals dominant themes such as technology, US politics, economics, and international conflict. Unclear words like "Al" and "Plan" prompt further investigation, while the overarching themes of the day revolve around negative stories related to international conflict, US politics, and the economy. The study raises questions about representing these themes through different text forms and comparing them to a similar day in 2009.
