Analysis of Egr-1 and Tubulin Responses in Wild-Type and Knockout Models

This study investigates the differential expression of Egr-1 and Tubulin in various genotypes, including wild-type (WT) and knockout (KO) models, under diverse conditions. Using time points such as 1 hour and 2 hours, we explore the signaling pathways impacted by eIF2α phosphorylation. Our findings emphasize the dynamic interactions between these proteins in the cellular response, enhancing our understanding of their roles in cellular signaling and function.
