  5. What did Jesus do?He created curiosity. • V. 7-9, because He talked to her at all. • V. 10-14, He intrigues her with His claim. • V. 15, she is still thinking physical • V. 16-18, He calls her out for her immorality.

  7. We need to create curiosity. What often happens to religious discussions? • Defenses come up. • Minds close. • Truth seeking stops and argument winning starts.

  8. How do we create curiosity? • Be godly.

  9. Be godly. • Our lives should stand in stark contrast to the world around us. • Matthew 5:13-16 • 1 Peter 2:9, 4:4; Titus 2:14; 1 Peter 3:15

  11. Be kind. • Galatians 5:22-23 • Colossians 3:12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; • Ephesians 4:32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
