22. AFACT Registration as an NGOhttp://csonet.org/?menu=83 AFACT started its registration in ECOSOC as an NGO for consultative status. All organizations that apply for registration in ECOSOC should attest that it has been in existence for at least two years as at the date of receipt of the application by the Secretariat". They should provide a copy of the registration paper or, and if the country (which exist the organization in it) does not require registration, they should provide other proof of existence.

In the new website each committee can constitute their members, have their message exchanged with each other, upload related documents and put comments on the proposed issue or documents. • so far, everyone (AFACT members and non members) can see the site but just those whom AFACT Secretariat has given them unique Username/Passwords are able to upload documents. We need to define some strategy for new website: • The access rule for AFACT members/non members, • who should see/change contents and other materials. • who be able to upload materials (To which extend) • other issues
