  3. Scalloped Potatoes • 2 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced thin with cheese grater or with knife) • 1 tsp. Granulated Garlic (optional) • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream • 4 oz Cheddar Cheese • Salt & Pepper t.t. • Combine all ingredients in a pie pan place in 350 degree F oven for 30-45 min.

  4. Roasted Vegetables • ½ Zucchini • ½ yellow squash • ¼ onion • ½ carrot • 1 T. Olive oil • ¼ tsp Thyme • ¼ tsp paprika • Salt & Pepper t.t. • Cut the carrots thin on a bias. Cut the remaining vegetables in large 2 inch chunks; add the seasoning. Add the oil to the vegetables (not the pan). Place in the pan evenly (Do Not Stack) and let caramelize (2 minutes) then toss and cook till tender.

  5. Roasted Chicken • Season Whole Chicken with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, thyme, paprika • Place in soda can with ¼ cup water • Place in the cavity of the chicken • Roast (350 degree) in oven for 45-60 minutes • Check with thermometer 165 degrees • Let rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting.

  8. Preparing the Greens • 1 Head Romaine Lettuce • ½ c shredded parmesan cheese (reserve for topping) • ½ c croutons • 1. Remove stem of greens • 2. Cut or hand tear Romaine leaves into bite-size pieces. • 3. In a large bowl filled with ice water place greens. Wash greens by stirring gently to remove dirt and debris. • 4. Strain lettuce in colander and remove any residual ice cubes. • 5. Place back into bowl add dressing and croutons, toss salad until thoroughly coated

  9. Caesar Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp Worcestershire 1 clove of garlic (minced) 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 c Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp of milk or half and half 1 T anchovypaste (optional) • Whisk all ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.

  10. Preparing the Chicken 18 ounces Chicken breast Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise Heat and season sizzle platter Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste 1. Grill breast 2 min on each side. 2. 2. Place in pie pan and continue cooking in oven (350⁰) for another 6-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165⁰. Remove from oven and allow chicken to rest. Cut into strips and set aside. Pita Bread Assembly Place dressed salad on top of pita bread, then place chicken, and parmesan cheese. Fold and enjoy!
