  2. Flag of Australia • The flag of Australia is the Union Jack.There are five little stars and one big star. The back ground colour is dark blue And the stars are white. The original flag had A red back round and blue behind the union jack.

  3. Western Australia W.A was founded by Edmund Luckyer he founded W.A in 1826. Captain Charles Fremantle was sent to take formal Possession of the remainder Of New Holland which had not already been claimed for Brittan under the territory of New South Whales. This is so the French did not try and claim the land.

  4. Northern Territory • The Northern Territory has a big rock its called the Uluru the Uluru is the largest • Rock in the whole of Australia. The capital city of the Northern territory is Darwin. • If you look on a map you will see Darwin is right up the top of Australia .

  5. QUEENSLAND • In Queensland they have the Australia zoo. You used to be able to see Steve Irwin • before he died. In Queensland they had terrible floods in the year 2011,one year ago • From now.

  6. Victoria • The capital city of Victoria is Melbourne , the population is 5,200,000. • the floral emblem is a common heath. You can see Melbourne zoo. • another interesting thing to see is the old Melbourne gaol.

  7. TASMAINIA • Eucalyptus globulus is the floral emblem for Tasmania the animal emblem is a Tasmanian devil. The capital of Tasmainia is Hobart in Hobart you can see • carnegie Gallery.

  8. NEW SOUTH WALES • The capital city is Sydney ,In Sydney they have Luna park, Sydney opera house Harbor, bridge and spectacular sights. A lot of T.V shows that are made in Australia are in • Sydney ,like Dance Academy ,Prank Patrol and ABC3 talk show.

  9. AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY • Also known as A.C.T, has the least amount of population in the whole of Australia the population is 333667. • The capital of A.C.T is Canberra that is were the Prime Minister Julia Gilllard lives.
