Encore (On-Core) • en·core\än-kȯr\ : an extra piece of music performed in response to a request from the audience; something that follows a success • New name for re-teaching & acceleration • All grade levels will create flexible grouping schedules allowing for deep dives and re-teaching of core curriculum • Schedule for grades 4-6 will include implementation of clubs • 6th grade— • Monday thru Wednesday, 6-block (1 hour each) schedule • Thursday & Friday, A/B-day schedule with three 90-minute core, Literacy and Enrichment Blocks Considerations • Club choices available? Meetings will be announced in June 5th meeting with additional meetings as needed • MILA Rollout will be scheduled during first week of school. Possible media roll out during summer.
