Inclusiveness • The Kenya CAADP compact commits the government to implement the Vision of the sector as described in the ASDS • The CAADP process was led by the Agricultural Sector Coordinating Unit • Extent:- All four sub-sectors have opportunity for enhanced collaboration
GAPS • Launched in 2010:- in initial stages of implementation • Implementation of agricultural activities under devolved system
