  1. ABOUT ME Are you pregnant? Are you nearing your labor time? Then one of the important things you have to do is to keep the bag ready so that you can be ready to rush to the hospital or the birthing centre in the shortest time.

  2. So, how can you get prepared for the delivery time? You have to create a list of things you have to pack for the delivery and keep it ready so that you can take it to the hospital. Ideally, you should prepare two mommy bags for the hospital one for yourself and one for the baby. It will be convenient if you keep the things which you will use regularly at these times at the top of the bag so that you can use them any time.

  3. DOCUMENTS: • Your hospital record • Insurance papers if you have any • Identity proof • You can have a small diary or pen if necessary.

WHAT SHOULD YOU PACK IN THE MOMMY BAG FOR HOSPITAL? • A couple of comfortable nightdresses or loose-fitting maxi dresses – Before or after the delivery, you will need a loose dress which will make you feel comfortable. You should prepare at least three to five dresses for yourself. Make sure that it's fresh and clean from home which is safe for you.

  5. WHAT SHOULD YOU PACK IN THE MOMMY BAG FOR HOSPITAL? 2. Toiletries – Make sure to pack your mommy bags with the set of your toiletries. You can have your body lotion, toothpaste, comb, deodorant, toothbrush, creams and others. 3. If you will get cold easily then make sure to carry a shawl or a warm sweater. Get a front open sweater which is easier to wear and take off.

Make sure to carry your mobile charger, headset and other gadgets you will need to make your experience smoother. 7. Wallet with some cash, ATM cards and credit cards.

  7. BABY’S HOSPITAL BAG: • You can grab two to three sets of dresses for the baby. • A couple of blankets or quilts if the weather is chill. • You can also carry the newborn baby wipes, diapers, soap and towel in the mommy bags.

  8. If you need any other additional things for the baby and yourself, you can carry those in the mommy bag for hospital. During the rush, you cant pack all the things all of a sudden. In the hurry, you may miss some things. Hence make sure that you pack all the necessary things in the bag without fail in advance.
