BELT BRUSH ASSEMBLY Cleaning the conveyor belt reduces wear on the belt and return rolls, extending the life of the conveyor system. • Luff’s Belt Brush Cleaning Unit is available in a variety of sizes to accommodate any belt cleaning application needed. Reduces buildup on return rollers helping with belt tracking. • • Driven by its own electric motor, the brush turns opposite to the direction of the belt travel, delivering a positive cleaning action. TEFC 1,200 rpm motor, 60 cycle, three phase, 230/460/575 volt. Explosion proof available. Brush speed can be adjusted independently of belt speed (brush speed should be 2-3 times faster than belt speed). • • Full 2 Year Warranty • • Take-up style rod assembly provides easy brush adjustment. Hanger brackets mount directly on the conveyor frame for easy installation. Pillow block bearings for dependable, friction-free drive (lubricated periodically).
