It goes without saying that both olive oil and vegetable oil have their own appeals and rightly so. But can one oil really be considered better than the other? Well, let us have a look, shall we? Health benefits Vegetable oil: Similar to the varieties that olive oils boast of, vegetable oils too come on different variety. Different vegetable oil like canola oil and the likes contain a lower amount of saturated fats when compared to other types of vegetable oils. Oils like coconut oil or sesame oil are however used more frequently to provide specific flavors to food.
