DAT-Drugs, Alcohol, & Tobacco Sexual Activity Pregnancy, STD’s Ages 15-29 account for 39% of all new HIV infections Death, Poor decision making, Short & long-term medical issues Grades 9-12 Survey -1 in every 4 students rode with a drunk driver -26% were offered/given, or sold drugs in school -39% of Virginia’s Traffic Fatalities were due to alcohol
