Infrastructure and systems • 3 out of 14 libraries do not have a federated search or discovery service • Most common link resolver used • EBSCO's A to Z (5 out of 14 libraries) • Commonly used Institutional Repository platform • Dspace (5 out of 14 libraries) • ePrint (3 out of 14 libraries) • Most common Proxy Server platform • Ezproxy (7 out of 14 libraries)

  5. Infrastructure and systems • All 14 libraries provide wireless network services • 3M is the most common brand for library security system, self-service loan system and RFID system. • None of the 14 libraries have CD-ROM servers

  7. E-resources • Almost all libraries have their own: • Digitized collection(s) (13 out of 14 libraries) • Online publication(s) (10 out of 14 libraries) • Some common online databases: • EBSCOhost • Ebrary • SpringerLINK • ScienceDirect • IEEE • Emerald • ProQuest

  8. Library 2.0 • Most libraries have not fully adopted Library 2.0 tools. Social media tools are also not fully utilized
