Circle of Honor • INTAKE ONLY for state deputies. • Intake and NET for Membership Director. • Don’t lose site of NCD, reactivations and other key metrics that will help you drive growth and manage net. • Incentives are coming back to YOU. You can design any growth-driving incentive you can think of, and if your RGD approves, the Supreme Council will pay for it. • Your budget can increase by 150% if you win the Finish Strong, Start Fast incentive, and your state exceeds its previous year charitable dollars and volunteer hours by July 15, 2019.

  3. Opening Business Session • The Knights must undergo a culture change. • We must increase in fidelity to our mission and calling. • You are the CEO of your jurisdictions. • Be good stewards of what the Knights have built in your jurisdiction. • Be agents of change.

  4. Opening Business Session • Know your mission: to grow the Knights in membership, charity, volunteerism and insurance. • Become more family-friendly. • Strive to get all councils active. • Know your why, and get your talk track right. • Work with your pastors.

Our Communications Department (Victoria) can assist. • Everyday Heroes videos can be great recruiting tools. • Promote Asset Advisors and Donor Advised Funds. • Continue to promote Safe Environment compliance. • Encourage all councils to have liability insurance –Lockton Affinity is a Supreme-endorsed supplier.

Managing for Membership Growth • Take the lead on growth. • Define success. • Have a plan. • Delegate. • Build a culture of accountability. • Lean on your agents. • Look at emerging markets. • Capitalize on PR opportunities. • Communicate, communicate and communicate again. • We are in this together.

Membership Experience and Retention • Member Experience and Formation team exists to serve your councils and members. • Star council is a roadmap for retention and experience. • Make membership personal. • Retention begins on day one. • Pray for your work. • Share your vision. • Meet with your state chaplain regularly. • Get off to a fast start. • Share best practices.

Faith in Action • Monitor the implementation of Faith in Action. • Promote the change. • Hold district deputies and grand knights accountable for planning ahead, keeping on track and measuring success. • Make sure councils have access to the latest Faith in Acton resources. • Enact the Supreme Chaplain’s monthly challenge.
