  3. LP in touch with JTS and NCT Consultant in touch with JTS and NCT with regard to technical administrative and reporting NCT is important also due to project promotion PP communicate with JTS only through LP or Consultant PP in touch with their NCT Communication with JTS and NCT

  4. Responsible persons Communication paths (email, phone) Communication schedule (once a week, a month) Communication between Lead Partner (LP) - Consultant

  5. Consultant communicates only in administrative, technical and reporting issue (coordination with LP) Communication channel (LP>WP lead>TA lead>PP) Communication among LP – PP and Consultant - PP

  6. Each PP has Contact Person Each PP has Deputy Contact Person Third person for finances and reporting (if needed) Monthly reporting on progress (?) to WP 2 Communication among Partners

  7. LP has right to involve into decisions on deliverables TA Lead prepare work plan and deliverable content that is debated within WP and confirmed by TA PP, lead, WP lead and LP TA lead responsibility for execution WP lead had deputy (TA lead) Overall responsibility is on QMB Work communication
