  1. Mathematics Notebook • The Notebook will be a 3-ring notebook! • No exceptions

  2. Dividers • Obtain dividers for the notebook with labels

  3. Name • Your name is to be clearly marked on the outside of the notebook.

  4. Supplies • 3 ring notebook • 3 ring paper • Red pen, blue pen, pencils • Yellow highlighter • Other – straight edge , hole punch

  5. First set of pages • The first set of pages is as follows: • a.    Divider marked information • b.    Overall point total sheet • c.     Graph of overall points • d.    Homework assignments calendar

  6. Second set of pages • 1.     The next set of pages is as follows: • a.    Divider marked syllabus and handouts • b.    The syllabus • Additional general handouts as presented

  7. Third set of pages • 1.     The next set of pages is as follows • a.    Divider marked tests and quizzes • b.    Tests and quizzes • c.     Corrections to tests and quizzes.

  9. 4th set continued • Chapter one Notes • Use one side of paper • Fill in after class as needed
