  2. The knockdown and rebuild process can present a fantastic opportunity. For a start, it's a smart decision, as far as finances go. A knockdown rebuild can add a significant amount of value to a property. Secondly, it's a chance to create a home that you'll absolutely love living in. Having already seen your block with one dwelling on it, you have the advantage of knowing what works and what doesn't.

  3. Sure, some people choose to renovate, rather than rebuild, but if you're ready to build the home you've always imagined, there's no point compromising.
