  20. Working Memory (WM) On a computer, the capacity to process information can be constrained by the cache. The greater the capacity to cache the memory used for processing, the faster the processing. Working memory is the capacity of a person to process information.

Build an environment where persons want to be accountable for their performance. Develop competencies so individuals can use their strengths and be successful. Create circumstances to properly challenge individuals and encourage continuous learning.

  36. Tying WM and EQ together To summarize, • Emotional Intelligence is the ability to think through situations and manage the emotional reaction that fits our objective. • Working Memory is key to how we process sensory inputs and integrate that with our memory to make decisions.
