About Earl • The top hit for Earl’s left side was FtsZ2, and the top hit for his right side was CopG. • After performing blastn and refining his endpoints several times, Earl found out that he shared high similarity with FtsZ2 in bps ranging from 79962..81193 (62% GC Content). • Earl had high similarity with CopG in bps ranging from 80708..80896 (61% GC Content)
