  2. Prime numbers are… • Prime numbers are numbers that can only be divided by 1 and themselves • Even numbers are not prime numbers except for two • Prime numbers are not in your time tables

  3. For example 7 is a prime number because it can only be divided by 1 and 7. 6 isn’t a prime number because it can be divided by 1,2,3 and 6. Not every odd number is a prime number like 27.

  4. Prime numbers are not even except for two they are also not in your time tables. 2 is a prime number because you can only divided by one and itself unlike 4 which can be divided by 1,2 and 4.

  5. Some of the prime numbers are!!!
