Get Started • Evaluate the effectiveness of past Fidelity Checks and identify the outcomes this fall session. • Review previous sessions http://rt3nc.ncdpi.wikispaces.net/Fidelity+Checks • Present the agenda and activities during the September 23 PD Leads Team meeting.  Beth volunteered to go to Region 3's session to provide support since they will be first to facilitate Fidelity Check this year.

  5. Components for Fidelity Check • Celebrate • Critique • Evaluate progress (we need to design a progress evaluation tool for LEAs and Charters) • Explore resources (Home Base Support, DPI content Wikis, NCEES wiki, etc.)

Review feedback from PD Leads survey. Generate ideas for possible Fidelity check products and how to connect the Fidelity Checks and Facilitated Team Times. (Timeline perspective from beginning of this RttT work and revisit Guskey) Tericia will think about making the FC wiki presentation user friendly for participants to use when they return to their LEAs/charters.
