  3. What is targeted behavioral advertising? • A technique used by online publishers and advertisers to increase the effectiveness of their campaigns. • The idea is to observe a user’s online behavior and offer the most relevant advertisements according to their behavior.

  4. Where can Targeted Behavioral Advertising be found? • Twitter • Facebook • YouTube • Google • Latome and Revenue Science are two main companies offering targeted behavioral advertising.

  5. Privacy Concerns: • Federal Trade Commission believes that Behavioral targeted advertising is a violation of privacy. • Consumers are losing control over their own information. FTC
