  2. Yesterday • Machine setup after ALICE polarity change and CMS recovery • Loss maps at injection in the morning, cryo loss early afternoon took until evening to recover • Overnight more machine setup • Realigning our TDI this morning. [Our BCM triggered dump around 08:00]

Yesterday: Mishaps Many problems, mainlyrelated to online intervention on controls PCs Quite painful to recover in some cases • Tell1 ethernet errors from many IT and TT Tell1s (fixed itself whilst experts investigated ?) • Warning messages related to Calo crates • VeloHV drivers had to reinstalled several times. Tell1 projects corrupted • RICH OPC servers needed to be restarted • Accidental ‘veto’ handshake state on Big Brother due to mis-clicking by shifter • TT cooling plant temperature too high warning (plant recirculated) • Muon DAQ configuration problems both yesterday afternoon this evening

  4. Today • Ensure system is really back up • Piquets to comment during round table • Take data !
