  2. Introduction ACE + TP3 are infrastructure projects funded by the US National Science Foundation as a part of the International Research Network Connections (IRNC) Program. America Connects to Europe (ACE) focuses on Europe. TransPAC3 (TP3) focuses on Asia. The projects are operational and infrastructure is deployed. <diagrams follow>. While not dedicated to LHC activity, this shared infrastructure is available and is being used as you have seen. Suported by US National Science Foundation
