  4. Overview • Shamika is a junior exploration company focused on the exploration and near-term production of strategic minerals in the DRC . • Plans to develop world-class ore bodies in high demand specialty metals such as TANTALUM , NIOBIUM, TIN, TUNGSTEN. • Other minerals occurrences include Platinum group elements, Gold and Diamonds. • Initial 43-101 reports indicate high grade mineralization and mining potential. • Accessible projects with infrastructure to support commercial production. • Low capital expenditures required with a potential to reach production quickly. • Experienced, Africa-savvy management team. • Political risk profile substantially better than previous years due to improved political climate. Strong CSR Policy. • IPO or merger (RTO) and acquisition transaction within 9 months. Privileged & Confidential

  5. Overview • Shamika is a mining exploration company focused on the development of mineral properties in Africa. Shamika holds extensive licenses in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC): • Largely in Central Africa’s mineral-rich Kibara fold belt • Accessible by road and water and with nearby power sources • Some properties located near Burundi and Rwanda to facilitate export • Shamika’s licenses: • Negotiated under the DRC’s new mining code • Secure and not under review • Benefit from high-level contacts in the DRC and neighboring countries • Final NI 43-101 reports suggest extensive mineral deposits of specialty industrial metals: • Tantalite (Tantalum): electronic components including capacitors and some high-power resistors • Columbite (Niobium): widely used in stainless steel and other alloys, used in diversified industries • Cassiterite (Tin): coating for lead/zinc/steel to prevent corrosion, glass making, printing • Wolframite (Tungsten): electrodes to light bulbs to electron beam instruments to jet/rocket engines • Strong shareholder base includes MRI Trading, El Oro & Exploration Mining, Kingsdale, Mavrix, CD Capital, Palos and Salida. 7. Focusing On The World’s Largest New Mining Frontier • Shamika’s properties are located in the Kibara belt, a mineral rich structure spanning Central Africa • “The Kibara belt in Central Africa hosts numerous important deposits of tin, niobium, tantalum and tungsten. These mineral deposits mainly occur in pegmatite and hydrothermal quartz veins.”(Geologica Belgica, Vol. 11 - 2008) • The Kibara belt is well known by geologists for its exceptional gold, diamond, copper, cobalt, platinum, high-grade TANTALUM, NIOBIUM, TIN, and TUNGESTEN ore deposits • The Kibara belt has witnessed massive investment this decade The Kibara belt Privileged & Confidential

  8. Shamika’s Properties • As of Dec 1, 2008 Shamika securely owns 5157 mining blocks. The most promising are: • Kalehe (South Kivu): Tin, tantalum, tungsten and niobium (formerly a producing mine) • Idjwi Island (South Kivu): Tin, tantalum, tungsten and niobium • Punia-Lubutu (Maniema): Tin and tantalum • Manono (Katanga): Tin, tantalum and tungsten • Poko (Province Orientale): Gold, diamonds (artisan mining) • Applications have been made for a further 1410 blocks (for over 1200 km²) • Attributes favourable to development: • Export via neighbouring, stable Rwanda • Goma International Airport nearby • Road links to Goma, Mombassa, Dar Es Salam • 110 KVA hydroelectric power line runs through main property (Kalehe) Privileged & Confidential

  9. Geological Structure Of The Kibara Belt Shamika’s mineral concessions are located in the Kibara Metallogenic Belt. This is an intercontinental mobile belt formed between 1,400 and 900 million years ago. The belt is some 1,500 km long, trending North-South; it is up to 400 km wide. Shamika’s concessions are mainly located across this belt. The characteristics of known mineralization in the region are different in the Kibara belt from those of other Proterozoic belts, as it is composed of typical granophilic elements. 10. DRC Has Seen Substantial Investment Recent investments in the DRC include: Privileged & Confidential

  11. Preliminary NI 43-101 Results • Since the last financing Shamika has initiated a NI 43-101 compliant evaluation • NI 43-101 results include: • On Kalehe (Kalimbi Hill) – South Kivu: “existing traditional tin mining (Artisanal - 10 tons per week). Occurrence of lead, with copper, zinc and mercury discovered one kilometer NE of adjacent Nyabimbwe village. ‘Traditional’ mining of tantalum and niobium was observed 12 kilometers NE of Nyabimbwe.” • On Idjwi (South Kivu) – Omnipresence of ancient and actual “traditional” mining of tin, tungsten, niobium and tantalum is observed, in recent alluvial sediments as well as in the host rock. Several obviously mineralized samples were taken and are awaiting analysis. “Predominance of tin and tungsten on PR 3637 and ancient niobium and tantalum mining found on PR 8314 and 8189.” • Other possible extension of actual claims from observations made on the premises • Properties holding easily mined (open-pit), accessible high-grade tin mineralization (currently mined by local artisans) • Tantalum mineralization observed to be extremely high grade Privileged & Confidential
