System • Completely tablet pc with applications • Smartphone with application and sender- and documentations-possibility (limited) • Defibrillator with 12 Lead and integrated Bluetooth (M- or E-series) • Corscience on transmitter side (family doctor, hospital emergency) • Web-server (only with version tablet pc) • Data-server (with both systems) • If needed smartphone on receivers side, not compellingly

  10. Data-management family doctor . EKG can be done with accessory equipment (corscience). With the smartphone you can make the data visible or you can send / transmit. On the pc you can have a look at the EKG, you can make an interpretation and it can be saved with a special patient-programme. If needed it can be printed out and filed.

  11. DM Emergency Version A Cardiology Doctor HKL EKG will be done and printed out. Afterwards transmission via Bluetooth and smartphone, (programmed). Data will be sent from smartphone to server. There they will be converted. Afterwards they can be filedor forwarded. XY with web-connection Smartphone

  12. DM Emergency Version B Cardiology Doctor HKL EKG will be done and printed out. Afterwards transmission via Bluetooth to Panther Data will be sent to the server. There they will be converted. Afterwards they can be filed or forwarded.. XY with web-connection Smartphone

  13. Advantages Version B The particular advantages are the extended possibilities. In addition the possibility of electronic patient minutes exists. EKG as well as vital-data can be called up, web-based. The system is open and dynamic. It can be sent by application on EKG and vital-data-servers.

  15. DM (university) Hospital Version A Data will be sent by sender via smartphone to the smartphone of the receiver. Via DB data are available and can be printed out. Afterwards data can be saved in a sema (patient) data bank

  16. DM (university) Hospital Version B Data will be sent by sender via smarphone or panther to the smartphone of the receiver. Via DB data are available and can be printed out. Additional there is the opportunity to see emergency service data on an EKG and vital DB. As well data can be saved in a sema (patient) data bank.

  19. Corscince • The corscience is small (approx. 10x6 cm) equipment, Bluetooth able of 12 derivative. It has the necessary extremity- as well as breast-wall derivatives. The electrode connections can be selected (tie-clip, clips, pushbuttons). The corscience has no monitor. The smartphone is used as a monitor. • On the smartphone the EKG can be also measured and increased, with the software installed on it. • With a simple tip on the touch screen the EKG can be transmitted and the emergency service or a cardiologist can be alarmed. • At present the “Qtek S100” is used as smartphone. In addition, also “htc” works satisfactorily. Compellingly is the program „Windows Mobile 5,0 “and higher. • For the application a software licence exists. You get these with the purchase. For the license price is valid.

That’s why the prices can be different • The exact expenditure and a cost framework can be provided only after a need clarification and a discussion with the customer.

  22. Result only with an optimally, entirely, and good working (data) emergency management the chance of survival in case of a heart attack can be increased. For the sake for the patient and his heart….
