Delivery of hard- and software facilities to develop the Infomedia in education (mainly on the basis of resource and regional coordinating and interschool methodical center system): • development of regional centers within the distributed system to support the most demanded federal information resources (mirroring, caching); • development of distributed system of effective access to resources (traffic localization, CDN technology); • development of the Internet-bases services (corporate videoconference communication, IP Telephony, remote access to expensive equipment, distributed calculations and information storage, network capacity dynamic distribution, etc.); • regional segments development of the educational information space. 2.
