Pelaporan Kolaborasi TB-HIV • Data RUTIN • Dilaporkan setiap 3 BULAN • Melaporkan hasil CAPAIAN kegiatan kolaborasi TB-HIV di fasilitas layanan: • DOTS Data yang dilaporan terkait dengan: kegiatan tes HIV, Pengobatan pencegahan dengan kotrimoksasol dan infeksi oportunistik lainnya, dan ARV • HIV Data yang dilaporkan terkait dengan: kegiatan penemuan kasus TB pada ODHA dan pengobatannya

  3. TUGAS dan ALUR PELAPORAN KOLABORASI TB-HIV Kepada: Direktur PPML Ditjen PP dan PL Tembusan: Subdit TB dan Subdit HIV Nasional Rekap data Variabel TB dan HIV PJ: WasorTB KepalaBidang Peny. Menular Meneruskan laporan variabel TB dan HIV Pengelola Program HIV Provinsi Rekap data Variabel TB dan HIV PJ: PengelolaProg HIV PJ: WasorTB Kota/ Kabupaten Kompilasi data bersama 10 variabel TB Variabel HIV HIV DOTS Pelayanan
