Objectives of Meeting Assist countries in preparation for the Meeting of Parties to the Montreal Protocol Review and have discussions on the recent Decisions of the Executive Committee to the Montreal Protocol Multilateral fund Assist on the preparation and implementation of HPMP for the phase out of HCFC , including exposition on technology options and on meeting the 2013 freeze in consumption of HCFC Give opportunities and points for considerations for mobilization of funding for the execution of the HPMP apart from the Multilateral fund
