Trustees of the PropertyLegal/Secular Leadership Responsibilities • Responsible for the purchase, sale, and maintenance of all Diocesan property • Control all trust and permanent funds belonging to the Diocese or any unincorporated parish, mission, or institution of the Diocese • Invest and administer all trust and permanent funds through the Diocesan Investment Board & provide oversight of the Diocesan Investment Board

Standing CommitteeEcclesiastical & Canonical Leadership Membership • Three Clerical and three Lay Members elected by Convention • Committee elects a President and Secretary
Standing CommitteeEcclesiastical & Canonical Leadership Responsibilities • Serves as council of advice to the Bishop • Exercises Ecclesiastical Authority in the vacancy or disability of the Bishop • Acts according to Canons in the selection, examination & certification of persons seeking holy orders • Supervises secular legal functions as prescribed by Canons • Advises on diocesan personnel decisions
