With spectacular actions, the Human Front of the World Citizens,as well as Garry Davis and his support committee, pose in front of the representatives of the States, gathered in November 1948 with the UN (in the Palace of Chaillot, in Paris), the fundamental demands of the human of the 20th century, threatened in his life

  4. In the name of the peoples of the world who are not represented here,I interrupt you,(...) We, the people, want the peace that only a world government can give.The sovereign states that you represent here divide us and lead us to the abyss of war.(...) I call on you to convene a World Constituent Assembly immediately.(...) Simultaneously, the Human Front of the World Citizens launches the idea of the registration of Citizens of the World (January 1949)and associates it with the demand of a World Constituent Assembly.The registration is extended to the territories in June 1949,then to associations in 2003In 1969 the first transnational elections are organized

On January 1, 1949, Garry Davis announces the creation ofInternational Registry of World Citizens.By amendment of the statutes on October 28, 2000, the name becomes "World Citizens Registry".On April 3, 2012, the association is transformed into a world federation.The goals assigned to the World Citizens Registry have remained unchanged since 1949.

  11. Every human being has the right toa recognized existence and an identity. The card of World Citizen is not a membership card to a movement. It is a card of world elector and of personal identity. It does not dispense with the documents currently required by the States: passport, work card or others. The World Citizen card is established for life. Possibility of sponsorship for people in precarious situations.

The twon Eben-Ezer , Liège (Belgium) Bè-Hounvèmè, Lome, Togo Minnesota, USA From 1949 to 2018, at least 1016 "territories" became mundialized.The techniques and the texts are not always the same, but there are at least two constants: the solidarity between the territories and the claim of a world constitution.The mundialization charter signed at Eben Ezer (Belgium) in 1980 is essentially the same as that signed at Cahors. In Bè-Hounvémè (Togo) the authorities have created a document signing this charter, while the State of Minnesota (United States of America) has written its own declaration in perfect convergence with the declarations and charters signed in the other territories.

  18. During the October 2003 Paris session, elected delegates of the People’s Congress noted that their work has always been argued, supported and supported by individuals and civic organizations.   27. The Institute of Mundialist Studies (1977) is a research and culture organization oriented towards globalist foresight. The summer sessions are attended by students and teachers from around the world. About 50 professors from several countries lend their support.

World Peace Games • The World Peace Games are sports, cultural, humanitarian and economic meetings open to all men and women of our world, whatever their origin, color or nationality, whatever their political, philosophical or religious conception, whatever whatever their social level.Organized by age category, in the disciplines closest to nature,the goal of the World Peace Games is to encourage people to practice physical and sports • to fight against the misdeeds of the great diseases of our sedentarized civilizations. • create bonds of friendship between participants and thereby foster understanding, tolerance between men and peoples to serve the PEACE of tomorrow. The World Peace Games, while affirming their faith in the humanist principles of the current sports movement, are a new way of organizing international sports competitions. They are governed by a charter.

The PEOPLE’S CONGRESS is a step towards the creation of a World Assembly able to establish and control the World Institutions essential to the survival of humanity and the preservation of the biosphere. • In conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the People’s Congress is constituted: • an Assembly, known as the "World citizens Assembly", an organ of participatory democracy in matters of global concern. • a body of Delegates elected by an electorate in 114 countries by transnational elections.The term of office is 9 years The elected Delegates are renewed by thirds every three years.

Invested in the authority conferred by elections (Article 21-3 of the UDHR) the role of the People’s Congress is to say the Law. • It expresses, through World Declarations, the opinion or will of a world's people about events affecting the fate of humanity. • It takes part in governments or international organizations of current global issues. • It prepares the establishment of a WORLD PARLIAMENT, among others, the World People's Assembly.

  34. Let's take our future in hand ! For a World Constituent Assembly : World Citizens to be Citizen of the World is to bet for the survival of humanity.
