  2. What does the FMS EDI Team do? • Work with our staff and students to implement policies, initiatives and culture change in support of equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI) • Lead on implementing our Faculty Athena SWAN Silver Award Action Plan • Run events and activities to support our work

For PGRs we are currently… • Working to improve University facilities for student parents • Working to improve the International Student experience and intercultural communication across the University • Working towards enabling the annual NEPG Conference to be more family-friendly and inclusive for student parents • Developing a programme of EDI events.……. watch out for alerts via email, on our webpage or via our blog
