Turn To YTA For Your Fast-Track Route To A Site Carpentry NVQ Level 2 Qualification Provided that you are already an experienced joiner who has spent at least five years in your trade, you don’t have to invest a great amount of time and money into acquiring an NVQ Level 2. In fact, you can simply book our Cskills Awards Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations (Construction) – Site Carpentry QUA900 via the one-day Experienced Worker Practical Assessment (EWPA) route. Yes, you read that correctly; you really do only need to spend a single day at our training and assessment training centre if you arrive ready to start at 7:30am. We will then be able to complete the entire NVQ carpentry assessment before finishing the day at about 4pm. What is the EWPA route? It isn’t only our Carpentry And Joinery NVQ Level 2 Courses for which the EWPA pathway is an option. Indeed, this NVQ assessment route was devised so that seasoned workers could achieve their NVQ Level 2 in their relevant trade by simply undergoing a practical assessment, and we also have EWPAs available in such fields as wall and floor tiling, bricklaying and plastering.
