  4. Weekly Coaching / Topic Calls • Calls on Thursday will now all be coaching calls with a topic presented during the last 20 minutes of the call • Calls falling on the 2nd Thursday of each month are mandatory and will include an evaluation.

  5. Stipend Requirements • Internal Topic Work: • Identify, test (TOC) and refine practical strategies related to specific advanced topic(s) • Use of frontline staff • Intentional Rounding • Culture of patient safety survey

  6. Stipend Requirements External Topic Work: • Determination of outcome metrics and targets • Sharing Lessons Learned • Public relations and public reporting • Participate in Georgia and National Content Programs

  7. Stipend Requirements Date Submission: • Monthly Submissions of LEAPT Checklist and TOC Logs • Monthly NHSN, Novi Surveys • Quarterly “Best Practice” Survey

  8. Data Submission Requirements • Monthly GDDS data • Monthly C. diff data into NHSN • Monthly Test of Change Logs including bundle compliance for Sepsis • Monthly Checklist • Novi Surveys to be completed by the 15th of each month

  9. Offers and Requests • Lean Coaching on GAPP / LEAPT Topics

  10. Upcoming Deadlines/Announcements: • Today: LEAPT Driver Event: Culture of Patient Safety Part II 2-3:00 PM • LEAPT Checklist and TOC Logs due March 3, 2014 – reminder to include numerators and denominators. • Next Week’s Coaching Call: March 6,2014 1– 2:00 PM
