Ingredients Canned kidney beans (drained, rinsed and cooked) - 3.5 cups Diced radishes - 4 Cucumber (seeded and diced) - 1 Diced Red onion - ½ (Half) Chopped fresh parsley - ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar - ¼ Cup Pure Maple Syrup (If you like sweeter) - 1 Tsp Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tbsp Salt - To taste Black Pepper - To Taste

Instructions • First Drain, Rinse and cook kidney beans (Rajma) and keep it aside. • Then cut all the vegetables as per mentioned in the Ingredients. • Now take a big bowl and add kidney beans (rajma), radishes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley. • In another small bowl, take vinegar, oil, salt & pepper and whisk nicely. • Now add mixture with veggies and give a good mix. • Eat immediately or cover and refrigerate. • Taste gets better with time.
