Learn to Run: 5km in 10 Weeks Program

Join us on Tuesday evenings starting May 21st from 6:00pm-7:00pm at Kentville Town Hall. This program is designed for new runners interested in safe and injury-free running or those restarting after a break. Registration fee is $50, including 10 weeks of instruction and a running shirt. Let's set goals and achieve them together in a non-competitive environment. Learn the foundations of running under the guidance of Helen MacDonald. This program is designed for new runners who are interested in learning how to safely run without injury, and for those looking to start running again after a break.
