  5. 1. Project status - Objective • Objective: use mobile phones to record an event, select the better stream and send it live via the mobile network

  6. 1. Project status • The project status is « almost » on track • Studio Application and Player integrated • Recorder is on the way (almost there )

  13. 3. Experiences • Communication reduced • Still some difficulties on the recording part • Better interaction between members • Good communication • Really good motivation • Easy to manage : everyone is autonomous
