  6. How much should I eat?? • Half of your plate should be fruits and vegetables • You should eat 1-1 ½ cups a day

  7. Vegetables What is included in the vegetables food group? How many vegetables should I eat?

  8. What kind of vegetables should I eat? • Broccoli • Lettuce • Spinach • Corn • Squash • Pumpkin • Potatoes • Green beans • Mushrooms • Cucumbers • Celery • Tomatoes • Beans
