Abzockerinitiative • Abzockerei und Lohndumping bleiben Krebsgeschwür des Neoliberalismus • Eingereicht im Februar 2008 unter Lead von Thomas Minder • Direkter Gegenvorschlag von NR im Juni 2012 abgelehnt, von Grünen unterstützt. Sah Bonussteuer bei Salären über 3 Mio. Franken vor. • Indirekter Gegenvorschlag (Revision des Aktienrechts) tritt automatisch in Kraft, wenn Initiative abgelehnt wird. Er wäre ohne Initiative und Druck von Linken und Grünen nie zustande gekommen.

  3. Abzockerinitiative • Natürlich ist „Aktionärsdemokratie“ eine Schimäre. Initiative enthält dennoch wichtige Bestimmungen • Verbot goldener Fallschirme: Abgangsentschädigungen werden verunmöglicht – dabei ist es irrelevant, ob selbst gekündigt oder gekündigt wurde

Abzockerinitiative • Initiative ist besser als indirekter Gegenvorschlag: • Indirekter Gegenvorschlag ermöglicht immer Abschwächung durch Statuten • Er ist damit wirkungsloser als Initiative • Keine Rede davon, Umsetzung Initiative daure zu lang • Initiative bildet Einheit für uns mit Mindestlohninitiative SGB und 1:12 initiative. • In der Dynamik des Abstimmungskampfes wird Ja zur Initiative zum klaren Votum gegen Abzockerei
