  2. Background 2004 Needs Assessment Q1. As the renovation of the recreation center is in the planning stages, what would you identify as your top five program priorities? After school Programs, Youth Sports, Community Events, Teen Programs, Preschool Programs/Health and Wellness (tie) Q2. If we could add additional space to the recreation center, how would you like to see that space allocated? Indoor Pool, Teen Center, Gymnasium/Art Studios (tie) Q3. A Master Plan for Costello Park will set priorities for future facilities and amenities for the next 25 years. What would you identify as your top five facilities you would like to see in Costello Park? Playgrounds, Indoor Aquatic Facility, Walking/Jogging Paths, Outdoor Aquatic Facility, Lighted Sports Fields
