LICENSE LEVELS • Licenses are additive • Customers can purchase multiple license packs to get the correct amount they need • Additional Licenses can be added at any time • Start small and grow as needed • A license is needed for every guest account that is active at a single point in time • Concurrent usage • For example • If you have 40 accounts created and active with 200 accounts created but not yet active, you will need a 50 user license • If you hold a yearly conference and want to support 400 guests, then you will need a 500 user license

SMART CONNECT PRE-REQUISITES • Smart Connect users require a Guest Management license • The Guest Management license provides the Guest Portal for authentication and distribution of Smart Connect • Guest Management allows authenticated Internet Access, which is required for download of Android version from • Appstore
