MORI conclusions • High levels of satisfaction with RBH overall, repairs service and keeping tenants informed. • The priorities for tenants are ensuring warm and secure homes. • Tenants perceive more problems with the neighbourhoods and tackling anti-social behaviour is a key priority for improvement • A significant proportion of tenants who want more involvement • Issues around long-term unemployment and the resulting financial hardship caused are a concern.
