  2. Do you ever feel tired? Or maybe you feel tired all of the time. This is a very common problem in today’s world. Why is this? Much of it has to do with our diet. Some of it has to do with our daily intake of coffee. Are you a big coffee drinker? I used to be. Why? Well, I think my caffeine journey started when I was in high school and college. High school was rough, had to be up at 6 a.m. just to get ready and the catch the bus at 6:50. Well, I am not a morning person, and very few are, at that age. So, I started drinking Mountain Dew to stay awake. It gave me a nice jolt, unlike Pepsi, or Coke did, and so I started down the path of caffeine. I wasn’t the only one. Many people at my high school lined up for the small coffee kiosk. Unfortunately coffee was way too strong for my taste at the time. As I made it into college, however, I felt like I needed something stronger than Mountain Dew. So I began drinking coffee with a lot of milk and a lot of sugar. It tasted like creamy rich goodness. I drank coffee for about 3 or 4 years like this until one day I ended up in the hospital. I had dizzy spells, I could hardly move, I could hardly breathe my temperature was through the roof apparently too. They did multiple blood tests on me and found out I had a massive kidney infection, which had probably started as a urinary track infection. When I went back to my doctor for a check up after being in the ER, she told me, no caffeine of any kind, no coffee, no chocolate, no soda. I asked her how was I going to get any energy? While I am sure many of you are using some kind of caffeine product, or maybe even an energy drink, hopefully none of you had the severity of a kidney infection to jolt you into needing to completely redo your whole food plan. Because most of the big name brands like the ones shown below all have very bad chemicals in them, and people have actually been known to get sick, and even die from them!   4. Yes, I have actually seen articles of people dying from these. No, I am not using it as a scare tactic, it is very sad. Ironically, it is often people who are into sports, or health and fitness who end up using these energy drinks the most because they like the energy boost it gives them to work out, or compete professionally. HOW TO FIND SOMETHING WHICH WILL GIVE YOU CLEAN ENERGY I want to help people find a great way to get good, clean energy.   5. Most of us, breathe really shallow, most of the time. Taking deep breaths will help not only with energy, but also in many other areas such as losing weight, hormonal imbalances, and much more!
