For shifting to individual setting you have to select «manage of views». Setting of interviews display Allows you to manage the settings for sorting emails. To select order of sorting to click the button «Arranged by» and select from the given list the variant of sorting, fro example by the presence of attachments. There is the button for reverse sort and button for addition and deleting of separate columns. Regulates the setting up of interface of areas and blocks, here you can set up display options of navigation, reading area and also to do list Setting up of display option for users

TO CHANGE VARIANT OF ADDRESS DESK VIEWING UNDER THIS OPTION, ALL CONTACT INFORMATION WOULD BE GROUPED IN THE FORM OF A BUSINESS CARD WITH THE IMAGE OF A CONTACT UNDER THIS OPTION, THE INFORMATION WILL BE ARE GROUPED IN THE FORM OF BUSINESS CARD, BUT WITHOUT IMAGES CONTACT NFORMATION ON CONTACTS WILL BE PROVIDED AS A LIST YOU CAN INDEPENDENTLY SORT CONTACTS ADDING OR REMOVING SORT FIELDS AND DISPLAY
  14. «Contacts». Creation of a new contact. CLICKING ON THE ICON IN THE FORM OF A PHOTO, YOU CAN SET A VIOLENT IMAGE FOR THE CONTACT BY SELECTING IT ON THE HARD DRIVE. THE IMAGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REDUCED TO THE RIGHT SIZE SOMETIMES YOU SHOULD SELECT ANY CONTACTS. TO DO THIS, YOU CAN ASSIGN A COLOR CATEGORY TO A CONTACT ONCE ALL FIELDS ARE FILLED OUT, CLICK ON THE BUTTON "SAVE" AND "CLOSE". NOW A NEW CONTACT IS CREATED AND IT WILL BE SHOWN IN THE CONTACTS LIST. TO ADD MORE THAN ONE PHONE NUMBER OR E-MAIL ADDRESS HERE YOU CAN SPECIFY ARBITRARY INFORMATION ABOUT A CONTACT

Adding of a contact to your address book from the global address list TO ADD A CONTACT TO YOUR ADDRESS BOOK, FROM THE GLOBAL ADDRESS LIST, YOU MUST CLICK THE "ADDRESS BOOK" ON THE LINE OF TASKS AT THE TAB «MAIN» IN THE WINDOW THAT WILL OPEN, IN THE "ADDRESS BOOK«YOU MUST SELECT "GLOBAL ADDRESS LIST"FROM THE DROP-DOWN MENU SELECT ONE OR MORE CONTACTS, CLICK THE RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON ON THE SELECTED CONTACTS, AND CHOOSE «ADD CONTACTS». AFTER THIS THE WINDOW FOR CONTACT SAVING WILL OPEN. IF THERE IS A NEED, THEN FILL IN THE CONTACT INFORMATION SUCH AS TELEPHONE NUMBER. The PHONE NUMBER MUST BE ENTERED +7 (*) * * * * * * *. WHEN ALL CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE, CLICK "SAVE AND CLOSE"

TO ADD MEMBERS TO THIS GROUP ON THE LINE OF THE TASKS IN A GROUP «PARTICIPANTS»YOU HAVE TO CLICK «ADD PARTICIPANTS»AND FROM THE DROP-DOWN LIST SELECT «FROM OUTLOOK CONTACTS». IN THE WINDOW THAT APPEARS, DOUBLE-CLICK TO ADD A CONTACT, CLICK ON IT WITH THE LEFT MOUSE BUTTON. IN THE LOWER PART OF THE WINDOW IN THE «PARTICIPANTS" FIELD WILL BE SHOWN A LIST OF ALREADY ADDED CONTACTS YOU CAN ASSIGN TAGS TO THIS GROUP BY SELECTING FROM THE OPTIONS PRESENTED ENTER NAME OF A GROUP

IN THE «TO-DO LIST»FIELD, YOU MUST ENTER NEW TASK NAME IN THE TEXT ENTRY BOX AND PRESS ENTER ON YOUR KEYBOARD YOU CAN ASSIGN TASKS TO DIFFERENT COLOR CATEGORIES AND TAGS SHOWS EITHER A TASK IS COMPLETED, EXECUTING OR WILL OCCUR IN THE FUTURE HIGH, NORMAL OR LOW NAME OF TASK INDICATE THE DATE IF YOU HAVE SELECTED THE ITEM, THEN SELECT THE DATE AND TIME FOR THE REMINDER HERE YOU CAN ENTER A DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK

THIS BUTTON IS LOCATED UNDER THE "MANAGE TASK FUNCTIONS». SELECTING THE REPEAT FUNCTION, YOU CAN ASSIGN A RECURRING TASK, AND AUTOMATIC SENDING OF MESSAGES. THIS IS USEFUL IF YOU NEED TO, FOR EXAMPLE, RECEIVE A REPORT ON THE LAST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH SELECT FROM THE CONTACTS LIST THE EMAIL ADDRESS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE USUAL LETTER ONCE YOU HAVE FILLED ALL FIELDS, CLICK «SEND», AS WHEN SENDING ORDINARY ELECTRONIC LETTER. SELECTING «TO SWITCH ON DINAMIC REVIEW», YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REVIEW MANY EFFECTS, APPLIED TO TEXT OR IMAGES WITHOUT ACTUALLY APPLYING THEM. CHOOSE A COLOR SCHEME AS IN PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF MICROSOFT ® OFFICE ® PACKAGE, LIMITED TO THREE COLOURS-BLACK, SILVER AND BLUE. SELECT A COLOR SCHEME FROM THE DROP-DOWN LIST. NOTETHIS COLOR SCHEME WILL ALSO BE USED IN OTHER MICROSOFT PROGRAMMS 2010. IN GROUP «PERSONAL SETTINGS OF MICROSOFT® OFFICE», YOU CAN INDICATE PESONAL DATA AND YOUR INITIALS. THESE DATA WILL BE USED IN THE FIELD «FROM» IN OUTGOING MAIL. IN THE GROUP «PARAMETERS OF START», YOU CAN SELECT «MAKE OUTLOOK THE DEFAULT PROGRAM FOR E-MAIL, CONTACTS AND CALENDAR». IT WILL ALLOW TO OPEN OUTLOOK® AFTER CLICKING ON MAIL TO ON WEB PAGES.

AVAILABLE FORMATS HTML, RTF AND PLAIN TEXT IN GROUP FUNCTIONS «SPELLING», YOU CAN ENABLE SCREEN MESSAGES BEFORE SENDING IT BY SELECTING THE "ALWAYS CHECK SPELLING BEFORE SENDING" SPECIFY THE TEXT TO PASS THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE WHEN REPLYING OR FORWARDING IN GROUP «SIGNATURE» , YOU CAN ADD A SIGNATURE TO YOUR EMAILS USING THE «SIGNATURES AND STATIONERY» CLICK «STATIONERY AND FONTS», YOU CAN MAKE A CUSTOM TEMPLATE FOR YOUR EMAILS, WHICH WILL DIFFER IN COLOR AND FONT.. IN THE «GET MESSAGE « SELECT THE ITEMS THAT YOU WANT TO HEAR SOUND SELECTING «DESKTOP ALERT SETTINGS», YOU CAN SPECIFY THE APPEARANCE AND DURATION OF NOTIFICATIONS THAT APPEAR ON THE DESKTOP. THE GROUP «CLEAR CONVERSATION»HELPS SORT MAIL MORE FLEXIBLY. SELECT FROM THE LIST OF ITEMS THAT WILL HELP YOU NOT TO LOSE IMPORTANT EMAILS. CLICK THE "ADD TO TASK LIST UPDATED COPIES OF ASSIGNED TASKS»WILL ALLOW YOU NOT MISS CHANGED JOBS. THEY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED. HERE YOU CAN SPECIFY DIFFERENT COLORS FOR THE SORT OF OVERDUE AND COMPLETED TASKS. TO DO THIS, CLICK ON THE APPROPRIATE ICON, AND THEN SELECT A COLOR FROM THE LIST THAT APPEARS.
