  3. Construction Information on the Northeast Campus Site A. University Medical Services Building -- NOT funded by the University – Financed through the BSOM practice plan – UMSA – $15 million dollars cost B. Rinzler Athletics Complex – funded through $50 million dollars bond issue for building RinzlerAthletics Complex, new classroom building, and Neuroscience Institute Building.

Rinzler Athletics Complex #1 Softball Field – includes power, lights for the field, restrooms with plumbing, and concession stand. -- Component to satisfy WSU’s NCAA 5 year Gender Equity Plan #2 Alumini Field – synthetic turf for men’s and women’s soccer; also club sports and campus recreation (intramural) use and rentals by area teams. – Fall quarter use correlates with stated purpose. #3 Recreation Field (with goal posts) – Multi-purpose field with synthetic turf; men’s and women’s soccer practice, club sports use, campus recreation use. – Fall quarter use correlates with stated purpose. #4 Ramp Building – restrooms, concession stand, and team rooms for men’s and women’s soccer

Rinzler Athletics Complex Maximum Costs -- $4.4 million from bond issue plus $1 million from Mr. Rinzler’s donation === $5.4 million B. $5.4 million includes cost of structures, providing power to the sites (softball, UMSA, and recreation fields) and also construction of the road to Kauffman Road. C. General fee assessment to students (initiated when Nutter Center was built) will continue. Estimated payoff time is approx. 4.5 years. Fee assessment will be reassessed at that time.
