Class rules and procedures • Students will demonstrate respect toward themselves, others, and property. • No food, drink, or gum in this room • Exception- water bottles, but not at lab tables • Emergency exiting- turn left out door, then exit left at end of hall • “Secure all classrooms”- ignore fire alarm • “Secure all doors and continue instruction”

  3. Late= ½ absence (>15 min= absence) • 10 absences= no credit • Cell phones- if visible or audible, will be confiscated for period (longer, if repeat) • Dress code- • Don’t reveal bare backs, midriffs, or undergarments • Shorts, skirts, or dresses shall extend beyond the fingertips of the downward extended arm. • Avoid scented lotions and sprays

  5. Grading • Total Points 2000-2300 • Labs (25, at 25 pts. each) 35% • Homework 15-20% • Quizzes 10% • Tests 35% • Notebook 2%
