Supporting Teaching & Learning • Orientation on Library use to the Fresher • Assisting the faculty members for book searching • Offering an elective course- Fundamentals of Library Science – LIS0421E • Publishers Exhibitions – Encouraging Students for participation in literary writing – AnandaVikadan • Special issue- competitive examination books • Gifts Books and Journals from American Consulate Library. • User Surveys are conducted to understand the learner’s Information access pattern • Search Strategy is taught through -E-access procedure. • Alternative search engines are recommended • Academic Feedback Analysis Action taken • Reviving the Night Library • Photo copying cost is reduced from Rs.1 to 0.50paise.
