MN Program Prerequisites/Requirements** • BN, RPN, or RN Diploma & Degree in other discipline • GPA: >3.0 • Completion of undergrad Statistics & Research Methods (Grade >2.5) • Proof of registration [RN or RPN] • Nurse Practitioner Program: • Minimum of 2 years of full-time clinical practice **contact: stephanie.kozar@umanitoba.ca

Preparing to apply, cont’d: • Application is submitted on-line to FGS via UM GradConnect • $100 processing fee • Deadline: March 1st * • Note: if accepted – non-academic requirements due by July 15th • Includes: Criminal Records Search, proof of WRHA PHIA, mask fit testing, a certificate re CPR, and required Immunizations. *nov 1st for internationally educated applicants
